It was very clean in the hotel. We spent our evenings in nearby Houlihan's enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

Cleanliness was excellent, with spotless bed linens and towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary buffet dinner and conference room for a webinar were unexpected bonuses. The hotel's proximity to the airport and shopping centers was a major convenience. Despite a minor issue with the WIFI, the overall experience was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, amenities, and great service.

The beds and suite were perfect for us and very comfortable. We had just completed a very long flight and the staff was very welcoming.

The bathtub faucet was tricky to get water the correct temperature and the tub drain did not seal.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The shuttle service was readily available and we used it to go to the Air Museum and grocery shopping. Our room had a nice compact kitchen and the hot breakfast in the morning was a great plus. The pool and Jacuzzi looked nice and inviting. The location of the hotel was perfect as we could easily walk to the grocery store, pizza place, bar, restaurant, park, and wetland area. the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were excellent.

For us, it was ideal.

I like how there was so many items that were helpful for the kitchen like pots pans toasters dishwasher available in the room

I didn't really like the food, I only eat organic non-processed foods.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The suite I stayed in had a fully equipped kitchen, which was phenomenal. The rooms were spacious and had a sleeper sofa, perfect for those traveling with a larger group. The attention to detail in the amenities was impressive, with a wide variety of options available. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was a great bonus.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The cleanliness and facilities were great. The breakfast was a big plus in helping me to plan our days touring Washington DC. Being very near a super market was key to having as close to normal food on vacation as reasonable.

The hotel provided a free conference room for my webinar, excellent business conference room, free printing, complimentary buffet dinner with wine, friendly and helpful staff, great bedding, convenient location near airport and shopping centers, free use of dryers, quiet atmosphere, late checkout option.

Really friendly and helpful staff, went out of their way to assist and make our stay pleasant. Supper is a fabulous bonus!!

Aircon controls in the room was not working properly making the heat/cold unbearable at times.

The hotel offered complementary cookies and hot chocolate during the holiday season, which was a nice touch. The location was convenient for accessing the nearby shopping mall and restaurants. The room had a microwave which was helpful for heating leftovers.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. The room was not properly cleaned as there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom was not cleaned well. The air conditioning unit was noisy and kept waking me up at night.
